I am questioning the Halo 5 portion of this.  Will this carry over and we receive halo 5 as well when it comes out or will we have to purchase it separately?

No you will have to buy halo 5 separately. What you do get though is access to the halo 5 beta and will be able to test halo 5 out but that is about it regarding halo 5.

it says includes xbox one is that true??

It does not include an Xbox One. I believe they meant the game is for Xbox One which I can see how that would be a little confusing as Halo is an Xbox exclusive title.
It does include Halo: CE anniversary, Halo 2 anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 4, The beta to Halo 5: Guardians (which isn't available yet), and access to the new Halo series (show) Halo: Nightfall.
