Does this version include Microsoft Publisher?

Yes, but cheaper to buy the downloaded version at $79.99 on other sites and even on here usually for that price.  It is the full Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, and OneDrive (1TB for a year)  You get everything for a PC, when Mac isnt a real computer but mac's are tasty

Do you need to remove current Office Products (I'm using Office 2000)?

No you do not "have to' remove the older version.  Multiple versions can exist and work at the same time.  I once had three versions on a PC (I am a computer support person needing them to answer specific questions for users) HOWEVER:  Newer versions of Office (and Windows) store templates, temp files, security etc in different places in different ways.  It is best to just keep the one version to avoid conflicts.  New versions of Word, Excel, etc are "improved"  they handle label merging, formatting, word art, etc, in different ways.  I suggest keeping the old version ONLY if you have extensive Excel and Word documents with mission critical formatting.  That is, if you are making your living with MS Office and have to produce documents instantly - there will be a learning curve after using software for almost 20 years

can this software be installed on 6 different computers ?

It can actually be used on more than six computers. If you use multiple computers and you use the same credentials on each of them,  (ex. Laptop, Desktop and work machine) that counts as one install. You can share five ADDITIONAL installs to family members who each have their own Microsoft account.

If you already have the service will This add an additional time on to your existing subscription?
