You would most likely have to purchase separate from Windows OS. I think only Office 2016 or lower vs. may work with Windows 7. I believe it is recommende d to upgrade the OS because support has ended for Windows 7 a couple of years back

According to one of the reviewers, you cannot move the program suite to a different computer. 
If true, I suggest this restriction probably even extends to major upgrades like a CPU upgrade...which Microsoft used to (still does?) consider a "different" computer when it came to moving the OS you're using on an obsolete computer to a new "different" computer.
