Does this come with word, publisher etc?

Walter, no this is just Microsoft Outlook. Word, Publisher, etc are sold separately from this product. I believe you can get all in one bundle, but this product is not that.

Question 2

Why won't this product install to a windows 7 computer? When I get to the place where I must select a language, the drop-down menu won't open! Shouldn't this copy I bought already just be in English?

Just to clarify, I got all the way to the point of creating a Microsoft account and beginning to "install", but a box opens & asks you to fill in your language. That little drop down box will not open & when I click "Next" to continue the installation, NOTHING Happens!

Do I need Office in order to use this product?  Is it a stanalone product.

No you do not need office in order to run Outlook.  You can simply purchase outlook if that is all you need.

Can O convert from Outlook/Office 2002 and 2010?

No it will not work with 2002 or 2010 I ended up not being able to use it  big waste of money and time.

Is this the 64-bit version?  If it's not it probably won't install as I already have the Home and Student version of MS Office 2010.

Outlook 2013 is loaded with failures. I purchased this and used it for awhile, but the constant issue after issue, many there were no work arounds, i stopped using it. It will work on 64 bit system. I share the same setup of MS Office 2010. Outlook will install into its own Office 2013 folder.

Is the installation customizable?  I have used an Office subscription in which the installation options were locked (except a few, not very useful options.)  Does the digital download provide the full range of options that a hard copy would?

Sorry but I did not do a custom install, but I do think it was an option.  So long ago I just can't remember.

I just bought Outlook via download.   How do I download?

I received an email from Newegg that had as the subject "office activation link".  This will give you the activation code and the download link.  You will have to have an account with Microsoft in order to download it, however.  I think it is best if you create an account from another browser page, then go back to the download link and sign in to it to make your download.  I don't know why MS has to make it so complicated!
