Drivers have been released for the PC. There are new drivers available for the Xbox One controller, straight from the official Major Nelson website. While I can't say it is 100%, I did notice a couple days ago while adding new hardware drivers to my PC, my Xbox controller was listed in device manager. I was charging the controller at the time.

Is the controller back compatible with the Xbox 360?

No, the plug in connector as well as the battery pack is all new. There is no backwards compatibility to the xbox 360 with controller accessories. I am not sure if the controller itself will work wirelessly with the 360, but I don't believe it will either as they have improved speeds and I think the radios are different.

No it is not. Microsoft has not released the USB dongle for Windows 10 yet for this controller either. They should by the end of the year.

No it does not, it uses a proprietary headphone connector. There is a headset adaptor that can be purchased separately that will allow 360 headsets to work. The Xbox one elite controller that will be coming out does use a standard headset jack
