Yes it is. It has its own small distinctive connector that won't be confused with other accessories connections.

Does this have 4G LTE?

No, this is not. Microsoft announced that Surface 3 with 4G is coming Dec 2017. This is an older model

does this model come with a full version of microsoft office installed or just a trial version?

Mine came with a trial version of all the applications but since I have an Office 365 subscription with an extra license I just activated that so it wasn't an issue. I think the trial is for a week but not certain. If you use online storage the 1TB you receive with Office 365 for $99/year plus all Office programs seems like a bargain to me.

Yes, it comes with a cable which you can plug into a USB port or with the included adapter into a regular electral outlet.

I thought MS offered only 2GB of memory with the 64GB ssd version. is this product correctly described?

This is a Surface 3 "business" model, not a typical consumer model. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Note that it also has Windows PRO.

Does this Surface 3 have a MicroSD slot?

What types of keyboards will this work with?

Bluetooth keyboards work. Also there are a variety of screen protector/keyboard combos. The one for my RT will fit the Surface 3 despite being not quite so deep. The keyboard folds up to protect the screen while the Surface is on my desk. Neat

Does it have wireless sim card slot?

This exact model does not support sim cards.

Does this have both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wireless?

802.11a wifi has only the higher frequency and the spec sheet right here says definitely "YES"
