does this come with the pen?  The description says included but the option at the bottom of the page says "tablet only?"

Pen arrived with it but did not work.  Be aware, the Surface -- at least the one shipped to me -- was NOT new and did not come as originally packaged.  No indication of having being refurbished; maybe open box or previously used?

I kinda looks like this has two 256GB SSD drives, is that the case or is it just one, listed in two different ways? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA5E652Z3152&ignorebbr=1

It does kind of look that way, but, no... there is just one hard drive.  Great little laptop/tablet!

Is this a genuinely new or a refurbished product?
