Does this come with a license?

Yes, comes with it's own USB flash drive with software loaded AND a credit card sized card with a license on it for 1 PC. Useful if you don't want to download the Win 10 ISO program and keep it onhand for future re-installs in case PC is infected or just want to start over with a fresh hard drive.

Question 2

With this RETAIL version can I install the 32 bit version can I later uninstall the 32 bit and install the 64 bit version?

You can, however, it's highly ill advised.  If your system architecture is 64 bit, then Windows installation will default to the 64 bit version.  If you force it to load the 32 bit version, it will work, but not at full potential.  In order to then use the 64 bit version, it requires a full install, and will NOT keep your files and programs intact.  You'd have to do a backup, then reinstall all the programs.
The smart course is to install the correct version of Windows 10 to begin with.

so im building a gaming pc. if i just buy this and stick it in the usb port is that it? or do i need one of those codes too

When you open the box, you will see a white card on the left side of the cover with a blue KEY in a circle. Pull that out and it has the key code written on it.

Is this an oem version of windows?

No, it's the retail version.  It will install a stand-alone copy of Windows 10 onto your computer.  This is the version I use when building new computers because the end user has an original license for that copy.

Question 5

Is this the version that I need to upgrade from Win 7 Professional 64 bit? I am on satellite internet with metered download, so a flashdrive or dvd is my preferred method.

You will have two choices: 1) do upgrade or 2) a custom fresh install. If you upgrade from previous Windows versions (Windows Vista, Windows 8.1, Windows 7) all your personal files and programs will stay intact. (though some of older apps may be incompatible with Win 10). If you choose custom with fresh install then it will do a clean installation of Windows 10 so it is highly advisable to make a complete backup of all your files.

Question 6

So this says 32 & 64 bit, is that some how different from just the 64-bit version?  Or is it exactly the same as if I just purchased the 64 bit?  Is there a Windows 10 Home 64 bit USB?  I'm building a new PC and really don't intend on having an optical drive so USB OS is a must.

This USB is capable of installing either 32 OR 64 but Windows 10. This is useful if you're planning on installing Windows 10 on multiple current devices with different capabilities (as I was). However, it only comes with one activation code which works for either version of the OS.

All in all, this will work for what you need it for, but check to see if there's a less expensive version of a Windows 10 64-bit only USB before diving in, you may save a few bucks and it'll be just as handy for your needs.

Will this version clean your hard disk and remove microsoft office and any other installed programs or other saved files?

This a full version of windows 10; that means it will format and create a partition on hard drive.
When you format a used drive it wipes all old data on said drive.
The upgrade version will just upgrade the current version of windows on the drive.  One should do a back up before doing a OS upgrade.  Might also do some research on Windows Easy File Transfer. (It moves data from old PC to A new one)

I have a computer that had windows 10 operating system factory installed on it and no recovery disc .  
  the operating system  became corrupt & the computer just wont operate .
Will this flash drive load the new opp system ( windows 10 ) onto my computer by itself  ?

The simple answer is yes... insert the flash-drive into a USB port, power up the PC and follow the instructions

Is this a physical USB flash drive made by Microsoft, or... is this something Newegg made themselves? Seems you could buy a thumb stick from Microsoft, but it does not seem you can, so I assume the Newegg staff made these?

Newegg is only the seller. It’s a normal thumb drive with Windows 10 32&64 bit from Microsoft.

So what happens if you get this and the USB is not recognized by the PC? Still not refundable?

Before returning the merchandise, I would be sure to check the boot order of BIOS firmware of your motherboard. Be sure that in the boot order of the BIOS that the Windows USB is listed first in the boot order before other items(i.e SSD or HDD). I hope that this helps.
