This is not a stand alone product, you must have Windows 11 Home Retail installed before using this product to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Will not work with any other version of Windows or any Windows OEM version.

No, it's just an upgrade from Home to Pro using the key (you will receive an email with the key to be entered in Settings -> Activation -> Change product key), but that means that you need to have Win 11 Home already set up on your PC.

No this does not require a 365 account, when purchased you will receive an activation code with instructions on how to download the upgrade. Make sure your PC in Windows 11 compatible and running Windows 11 Home, this is an upgrade from Win 11 Home to Win 11 Pro. 
Its a pretty simple process.

1. Type “Activation” in the search bar and click Activation settings
2. Click "Change product key" and enter the character code included in this email
3. Click Next, and then click Start

Yes, you can use this product to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro, provided that your device meets the minimum system requirements and is running Windows 10, version 2004 or later.

can I do a clean install with this product ?

You can install from a windows media creation image, then use Microsoft generic upgrade key (search google for it if you don't already have it) if the install didn't set to OS to pro edition already, then run "slui.exe 3" and enter your upgrade key form here. It should work if your pc shipped with windows 10 or 11 home and was actively licensed with home edition.

It appears Newegg doesn't have this at this time. Probably because Windows 10 is coming to end of life in early 2025. If you do a search online you will find many options to choose from

Your device must be running Windows 10, version 2004 or later, to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. If you do not already have Windows, you will need to install Windows 10 first.
