well, according to the overview, yes, ranging from XP=> 8; did you miss that? Anyways, I have it in a 'hackintosh' using standard Gigabyte Intel board and it works for me--i'm not sure if I ever physically tested it with win 7 tho  ;)

Can this card support or compatible with OS X V.10.10 Yosemite or OS X V.11.0 E. Capitan? Do I need to install software driver for this to work?

This was pretty much plug and play for my Mac Pro... but as I recall, I installed the driver anyway. Never hurts.

Question 3

i was reading reviews on another major website selling this and people said it blew up their hard drives etc.Does newegg or the manufacturer cover replacing lost hard drives and data?

It would be stated in the item warranty, but it is highly unlikely a manufacturer would cover collateral damage.  My installation in a Mac Pro was seamless.  I added an ide Molex 4 pin female to SATA 15 pin Male power adapter to power the card, but I did not need it for pluggins flash drives into the controller.  I also purchased a usb3 extension cable to access the adapter from the front (a usb2 cable will not give the higher rate).  Speed is faster than usb2, but I am only seeing 2-3x faster speeds.

Yes, the drivers for the USB3 ports are built into Windows 8.1 and 10 along with MacOS 10.9+.

It uses the vendor ID 0x1b73, which is  Fresco Logic. Getting 90+MB/sec from mine

Hi guys will this work with my 3.1 macpro early 2008 running 10.9.2 latest software and will it support 2 cards?

Yes it runs 1 card just fine on most external drives, usb 2 not very well, and I think it should run 2 cards if you have the slots and bandwidth.

Question 6

With latest Windows 10 Pro update the drivers were removed.  Working from the mini cd the drivers will not reinstall Any solutions?  The pc does not show drivers for the card Fresco?

We did not have too much luck with this card even with Windows 7. Although we have not used in Windows 10 much, we are pretty confident with the Rosewill's RC 505. They seem to work pretty good for us.
