say i wanted to keep the fans the same as montech, but for a 360 rad up top. Should i buy the reversed fans or regular?

Since an AIO usually comes with fans, you have two choices. 1. Remove the Montech installed top fans and use them at the bottom of the case. This is what I did. 2. Substitute the Montech fans for the fans that come with the AIO. The fans that come with the AIO could then be used at the bottom of the case. I would suggest the top fans blow air out of the cast and the bottom fans blow air upwards and into the case. The bottom-mounted fans would provide extra cooling for the GPU card. The PRO case has installed fans, and the non-PRO case does not. I hope this answers your question.

It'll fit a 360mm AIO along the top right?  I've seen a few reviews that say its tight on the side with a 280mm and I just wanna make sure.

I purchased the KING PRO case, which comes with pre-installed fans. If you are talking about the top of the case, I mounted my 360mm Thermaltake AIO there with no problems. I suggest installing your radiator when you start building your new PC. I hope this helps you when building your PC.
