Does this cable support phone calls or microphone input?
No — this usb c to aux cable is for music playback only (3-pole TRS). It does not support phone calls, microphone input, or inline volume control. Phone calls will automatically stay on your phone's speaker or Bluetooth. It is NOT a 4-pole TRRS cable
How long does this cable last? I've had aux cables break before.

Why is the volume low or why do I hear static?
For best results, set phone volume to 100%, then adjust your car stereo. Low volume is almost always a phone setting issue. Static is rare — ensure both connectors are fully plugged in. Contact u s if it persists — 3-year warrant covers you!
Will this work with my car's USB port or Bluetooth system?
This cable only works with a 3.5mm AUX jack (the circular port labeled 'AUX IN' near your car radio). It does NOT work with USB ports, Bluetooth-only systems. If your car has a round 3.5mm AUX port, it will work plug-and-play with no app needed.
Does this work with iPhone 14, 13, or 12?
No — this aux to usb c cable requires a USB-C port. iPhone 14 and older models use a Lightning port and are NOT compatible. This cable works with iPhone 15, 16, and 17 (all USB-C models), Galaxy S21–S25, Pixel 6–9, iPad Pro, and MacBook.

This is a 3-Pole TRS jack, not a 4-pole TRRS.This cable is designed for audio transmission only. It does NOT support microphone input, phone calls, or in-line volume control.
It does NOT support charging your device.
2. Unidirectional Transmission (One-Way Only)
Correct Use: USB-C Phone/Tablet to 3.5mm Car Stereo/Speaker/Headphones.
Incorrect Use: It is NOT bidirectional. You cannot connect a 3.5mm audio source (like an MP3 player) to a USB-C headset.
3. Specific Device Incompatibility
NOT Compatible with AirPods Max: This cable does not work for connecting AirPods Max to non-Apple devices.
