Does this require a separate power connector?

No, it does not. This card draws all of its power from the motherboard. This is good for the reason of not needing an external power cable, but this limits any over clocking abilities. Because of the absence of an external power supply, over clocking the card is significantly limited, to no more than plus 5 or 8 percent of the core with the MSI Afterburner software that is included.

how mucj many watt for MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti ?   i have just a  600w with i5-6500 and MSI h110m gaming ?

No problem. The GTX 1050 To only draws power from the system board and does not have a separate power input. I run it with an unlocked i5 and 5 disk RAID-5 array with separate controller card and only a 650w power supply: no problems at all.

Will this handle a i5-4440 processor? because i'm just want a graphics card for Overwatch and that's about it none of the AAA games out right now.

I got this card specifically in mind for my kids to play Overwatch and it runs with all the graphics maxed out. 1920x1080, 60fps.  The processer we are using is i5-2400, 8GB  RAM.  I was very happy with how little I had to pay and get this great of a performance without needing a dedicated power cable.

Would this be bottlenecked by a AMD FX-6350 4.0GHz 6-core processor? And would it be able to be ran on an GA-970A-UD3P Motherboard?

It would run perfectly fine, but buying a 1050 was not worth it in all honesty. if you plan on trying a real upgrade try for a 980ti or even a 1060. 1050 is just a weird card in the middle that i messed up on buying.

does this fit in the astro power series ar500w pc?

I've searched every way I can think of and the only reference I can find to "Astro Power Series AR500w pc" is an Apevia power supply, so I can't give a definite answer.  This video card is designed to fit into smaller cases, such as HTPC cases, etc. It should fit into just about any full tower, mid tower case, provided the motherboard can accommodate it.Good luck.

Seen some reviews that it can run dual monitors? I have a 650 from years ago and it can run two screens?

When i had mine i had A moniter and a tv that i hooked up for duel screen so ifnyou have the right ports it will support it

will this work with oculus rift headset?

I ran it with Valve's VR benchmark and this was the only part that held it back, but not by much. You probably want something just a little bit stronger, but not that much stronger.

Does the fan stop completely when not playing games, like on the gigabyte cards? I was looking for a silent video card when not gaming and I was deciding between msi and gigabyte .

It doesn't automatically although you could use msi afterburner to manually set it low or set it to be low on the fancurve also using msi afterburner. But to be honest I don't find the card to be noisy at all.

Yeah.  CPU doesn't correlate with graphics card compatibility.  It's the motherboard you wanna see that's compatible.  As long as it has a x16 pci slot.  
Also power supply with the usual 6 or 8 pin connector, but this particular GPU model doesn't need any connector, just to be put in the motherboard and it's good to go.

The recommended PSU is 300 watts or more for the GTX 1050 and GTX 1050 TI, both of which have a 75 watt TDP. Neither require an additional power connector and draw all their power through your motherboard.
