My graphics card blocks the PCI-express slot for a wifi card. What should I do?

Move graphics card to bottom x16 slot and then place your wifi card into one of the upper slots. OR place your wifi in the other x16 slot(bottom) it will work.

bought this a couple weeks ago will not wake up from sleep state have to reboot any advice appreciated?

Having the same problem when using this board with Athlon x4 860k Kaveri CPU. I researched on the internet and several tech forums and found very little information.

Potential fixes: 
Adjust Bios settings. CPU P-state
Power supply issues? Make sure your power supply has plenty of wattage room.

Don't overclock with this board. The bios does not allow CPU voltage settings which is usually essential for stable overclocking.

My CPU and board has stopped working for me all together and not waking from power down sleep was the beginning.

This MOBO Comes with 2 SATA cables. One straight and one with an L connector to help with HDD Cable management.

Is this compatible with Windows XP?

Under the utility section there is support for xp. Depends if you can get all your drivers for xp manually or not.  Other thoughts, this board is much smaller than I thought it would be.  Put in 8gb ram asus r390 and a8 apu it does support crossfire technology. Running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and managed it all in an atx case.  Windows index is 7.4 on cpu and memory and 7.9 on all the rest.  Hope that answers your question.

There are at least 1 but no more than 2 system fan connectors if I recall correctly.

Yes, It should run together without any problems. FM2+ socket, 1600 ddr3 , Integrated Graphics
Radeon R5 series , should be fine.

The only problem I had was I didnt get any sound after installing it so I ended up having to use a soundcard I already had.  Its possible I damaged it because during that time I had a lot going on. But other than that it works fine
