I think it should. I put an MSI gtx 1080 gaming Z in mine and it fit. I believe the 2 cards are approximately the same size.

You have to to double check chassis dimension prior to purchase to make sure it fits in your system, it can fit MSI Geforce GTX 1080 Gaming 8G graphic card (dimension:27.9 x 14x 4.2cm).  Someone updated it can fit ASUS STRIX 1080(BARELY) graphic card (dimension:29.8 x 13.4 x 4cm) in Aegis chassic, this is for your reference.

No, it's bare bones - you'll need to purchase a graphics card, HDD/SSD, RAM, and CPU.  Motherboard, CPU fan, power supply, WiFi module, and graphics card adapter (for mounting) are included.

If I just wanted a GTX 970 4GB, would this be supported by whatever custom mobo is pre-installed?

It will probably support any graphics csrd, as long as  graphics miniums are met, i use 980ti was fine, resolution depends on graphics card

Aegis X can install MSI Geforce GTX 1080 Gaming 8G VGA card (dimension: 279 x 140 x 42 mm). So 267mm may can fit into the chassis.

What exactly is included in these barebones kits? 
They say all thats supported, but don't fully explain whats included.

Just a motherboard and a power system. The rest you need to add on your own, it allows you to really customize the computer. So be prepared to spend more money on parts.

Can you put two RX 480s in it? Does this require a bridge?

Any info on replacing power supply? Since that component they are typically the first to have issues other than fans or traditional HDs.

That is one I am anxious to find out.  It has to be a custom fit.  I hope MS1 will offer replacement parts for such things.  I just moved up from a Z97 nightblade.  I guess we'll find out.

Will the MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X & Gaming Z version fit inside this system? Also is there any list of supported GPUs for this system? I saw the Aegis Video on the newegg website and it was clearly stated that triple fan GPUs won't fit. So some description and details would be great.

So far it support GTX 1070 Armor OC & 1080 Armor OC, They are testing GTX 1080 Gaming now. It should be release soon. You may can refer this card dimension 279 x 140 x 37 to install the VGA card which you want.
