Yes both. One strait Satan, one 90. The disc even has a program that lets you make a windows install flash drive using a windows install disc. I dont own a disc drive..........

Are the VRMs good, do they stay cool with the heatsinks and are they stable?

I run an R5 1600 in Gaming Mode at 3.6 GHz and I haven't had any issues. However if you were to OC an R7 1700 to 4.0Ghz they might heat up a bit, but I wouldn't worry about it. It's a great motherboard otherwise. My biggest complaint is that the DAC isn't the best but few people will know the difference. :)

The warning says some motherboards may contain lead and I was wondering if this specific motherboard contains lead because I don't want to have cancer just for trying to play videogames?

Then stop licking your motherboard. lol jk On a serious note, there are probably about 1000 things you are doing that are far more likely to affect your chances of contracting cancer than using a motherboard.

Lead was dangerous because it used to be used in products that made it easy to absorb into our bodies. For instance, pipes that delivered water, or painters having constant contact with it in paint. In the case of a motherboards, the solder is likely lead-free since the EU requires it to be so in electronics. Manufacturers are unlikely to use two types of solder because the cost of separating European components with the rest of the world wouldn't be worth the hassle.

Even then, the lead solders are usually only 40%, with the other 60% being tin. The chances you are even touching the solder points in comparison to the rest of the board is pretty minor and as I joked about before, unless you like to lick the solder points every day, it's nearly impossible that a component will effect your health in any way relating to lead poisoning.

You have more to worry about not getting enough exercise because you sit at home playing PC games all day. =D

Are the LEDs on this MoBo red only or are they RGB? Not a big deal just want to know if I need to do a red accent in my build.

RGB. Download the MSI Gaming App from their website under Utility and you can set it to different colors based on whether you have music playing, CPU temperature, or whether you want a static color.

Will this boot from the M.2 drive?

Can't imagine why not? It's got an M.2 slot and even comes with a shield for one. All that's needed is to install windows onto said drive.

It should be compatible. I would be careful with the speed of the RAM, though. I have a similar kit of G. Skill RAM rated at 3000 MHz and I'm having difficulty getting it to run at the rated speed. Start small and work your way up, as Ryzen is still in its infancy.

When I looked on MSI's website to see what RAM is compatible with this board I could not find this specific model, only the X370 Gaming Pro Carbon was on there. I need to know what RAM I can get that will work for this board, preferably some I can OC to 3200?

Google B350 Carbon MSI and you'll find it. On the product page, it's under Services > Compatiblity > Memory Support. For high OC support, Samsung chips currently work best, as well single rank sticks instead of dual rank. You can look up specific ram models, and there are lists online that show compatible models. Usually, single rank Samsung chips at 3200mhz have a CAS Latency of CL14, not higher.

The picture in this ad isn't a MSI B350 PRO CARBON! That's a B350M GAMING PRO!
i want to know which one MoBo the Newegg is selling! What is this product?

If you look on MSI website you will see that there is a difference between the B350M GAMING PRO and this board *name corrected* B350 GAMING PRO CARBON. You can also compare the specs and see that for instance the B350M GAMING PRO uses a Realtek NIC and B350 GAMING PRO CARBON uses an Intel NIC.

Does windows 10 recognize the Ethernet drivers on this thing? Just wanna know if I'll be forced to use a disk or if I can download the drivers off the internet.
