This motherboard doesn't have built in Wi-Fi,  so you'll need a PCIe or USB wifi card to support that.

It is. But I would suggest getting a Z170 motherboard with a 6700k so you can overclock the processor. If you aren't interesting in overclocking then you should get a non-k variant of the cpu which should save you money.

I have a similar full size AMD dual wide card in mine and it just barely works. All of it is mounted in a full size tower but if the SATA ports behind the PCI slot was any higher the card would not seat properly. You'll also need to remove the card to make any memory changes.

How many, if any, SATA cables does this motherboard come with?

If I remember correctly it's 2.  Most motherboards come with 2 SATA cables, one that's straight at both ends, another that has a straight connector to a 90 degree connector.

It has connector JUSB1 which is USB 3.1 Gen1 and connectors JUSB2 & 3 that are USB 2.0. All three connectors are for the front panel.
