Is this a matte, anti-glare display screen?

It's a matte screen and from personal experience the glare does get through a bit but it's not too troubling. In Civ 5 I have a difficult time reading my stats on the top screen from a dim monitor.

how many hdds can it hold?

What I understand you can only have one. Didn't had time to open mine had to return it for a stuck pixel right out the box. going on 2 weeks now, a long process, I'm hoping it has a slot for an SSD card.

I can't get the video camera to work and there are no drivers on the MSI site. What am I missing?

There is a MSI System Control Manager that is opened in the taskbar (two horizontal lines with the top filled in and the bottom filled on the left side only). This has the option to be able to turn the webcam on. Otherwise it will not be able to be opened on other applications.

Does the screen display in 60fps or is it locked to 30? I have seen conflicting information on this and would love to have it cleared up.

it has a 2 video cards.Intel hd 4600 which it uses for boot and normal activities, email,web browse, etc. when you game it uses the nvidia card 960m and you get rates of 60 fps or better depending on your game settings and game.

I see that there is a 1tb hdd. I are there any extra slots to add n ssd?

You can either replace the 1TB HDD with your own SSD or add an M.2 SSD. I personally removed the 1TB HDD and installed a M.2 SSD just because I found a deal on the product.

does this actually have a multi color keyboard back light?

       I just bought this laptop a few weeks ago so I can help with any questions you have about it. It does not have a colored backlit keyboard like the picture shows (I believe the picture depicts the GE-72 Pro which does have a steel series colored keyboard). This laptop does have a nice feeling back lit keyboard by Steel Series however it is not colored and it is not compatible with the steel series app.

What fps would this get while recording minecraft?

I would assume very high. I bought this to have something to run Star Citizen. I can run high settings with a 1920 X 1080 resolution just fine. It slows a little on ultra settings, however I believe that might be because Star Citizen is also still in alpha/pre- alpha phase and is not yet optimized. I can also run counter- strike:global offensive on all highest settings and get 100+ fps consistently. If you are set on getting a laptop and not building or buying a high-end desktop, I don't think you would find a better laptop for the price. The biggest downside is Windows 10. Constant updates, still buggy, and a bunch of MS garbage trying to eat up my resources.

Is the operating system (Windows 8.1) the Pro or Home edition on this laptop.  Is there a free upgrade to Windows 10 available?  Thank you!

I'm unaware of the home or pro version but I think it's home. And yes you can update the OS to windows 10. It was the first thing I did.

Question 10

For anyone that owns this computer, how well does Fallout 4 run on it? I'm not very knowledgeable about computer specs, and was wandering if this computer can run Fallout 4, and games like it on decent settings.

Runs like a beauty on Windows 8.1. I left it on Ultra settings (every setting maxed out) to see how it would run and my MSI Afterburner showed that it was running at 25-35 FPS.
