Can I get this with Windows 10?

Although the laptop comes with windows 8, you do get a option to upgrade to windows 10. It is some kind of popup notification message in which a free windows 10 upgrade is offered. I have not upgraded it yet to windows 10, so i cannot comment on any compatibility issues etc. That you might encounter when you upgrade this laptop to windows 10.

Can u add ssd to it?

Yes. It has an mSata slot right above the wireless card. Take the 4 screws off of the back and then remove the screw above wireless card to put the msata slot in and secure back down. Very easy install.

Note that if you want to have your OS boot from the SSD it's best to use MSI burnRecovery to create a boot USB or DVD and then reinstall the OS to the SSD. Cloning doesn't work that well.

is it wondows 8.1 32bit or 64bit?

It is 64-bit. Otherwise it would only be able to use 4GB of the 8GB memory it ships with

can you play WOW; don't know much about pc's but someone stated something wouldn't enable to play WOW?

I do not have experience with WoW, but nothing on the computer should prevent you from playing it. The computer comes with no bloatware aside from MSI programs, the sound system program, Nvidia programs, and Norton. This Laptop will be able to play it flawlessly with the laptop having a separate dedicated graphics processor, which games use the most, not the CPU. If you're looking to just play WoW and other types of games, find something cheaper as those games do not require that much of a graphics processor.

How well does it keep cool?  The vent is on the side and the bottom doesn't seem to have a opening right where the fan would be.

I cant really give a good answer because i just bought it a few weeks ago but based on the performance that ive witnessed so far its not as good as i expected. That said, i have been playing Ark: survival evolved and its is an extremely taxing game that requires a lot of power and it produces ALOT of heat from the side vent. I do have a laptop cooling fan and it doesnt seem to do too much to cool it down. Sooooo, so far its not that great in my experience. But dont take my word for it ;)

Is this a 64-bit Windows 8.1 operating system?  The product specs do not clarify which bit operating system the laptop is.  64 or 32?

Is the operating system (windows 8) optional to change to windows 7?

Yes it comes with Windows 8.  I don't know if you get the option to downgrade to Windows 7 for free.  I have not had any issues with Windows 8 on it even though I am not a fan of the OS.  I will be upgrading for free to Windows 10 soon.

The title on the product page states "MSI GP Series GP60 Leopard-1053 Gaming Laptop 4th Generation Intel Core i7 4210H (2.90GHz) 8GB Memory 750GB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M 2 GB GDDR3 15.6" Windows 8.1" but the product description references both i5 and i7. Which one is it? i5 or i7???

its i5. and if im not mistaken its the latest and last version of i5 making it near i7

Is this new? Also since Microsoft said if u buy a new Windows 8.1 pc u will be able to get Windows 10 for free, will i be able to get it for free?

Yes, be sure to reserve your copy.  Also, as far as I know, this is the newest model of this number by MSi.
