Does this come with a LP bracket?

Yes, it does. The full bracket is screwed unto the card though, and you'll need a small Philips (if I remember right) screwdriver to get the screws off and replace it with the low profile bracket. BE CAREFUL they're screwed on way too tight and I barely was able to remove them and almost returned the card because of it; be mindful of not damaging the card when removing them, and also use a non-magnetic screw driver. It can, but don't be surprised when a 750ti beats it by a little in performance. you may be doing a lot of 720p or even lower resolution in a few high demand games like metro last light. For the price it isn't worth it for gaming. Maybe $40-45 would be ok i guess. if you can find a gtx 1050 or an rx 460 for the same price as this go for that instead. Although the GPU market is terrible right now try looking for used 700 series nvidia cards instead you'll probably get more out of those at least 750ti and up.

Is it compatible with an msi a68hm-e33 v2?

Yes, it should be.  MSI's website lists other compatible NVIDIA graphics cards in the same family, so I see no reason why it wouldn't be compatible with the GT1030.  I think MSI will add it to the list later, but the GT1030 is relatively new.

Will this work and fit in a Dell studio XPS 435 MT? It currently has an ATI Radeon 4850. I have already upgraded my PSU. Thanks!

Yes I believe it will work in an XPS 435 MT.  I doubt it uses more power than your old Radeon card, so I'm not sure a power supply upgrade is needed.

not very loud. This card doesn't get extremely hot so the fan is more of a passive cooling assist than anything. considering there are fan less versions of this card, but personally i like the idea of having direct air flow even on a card like this

Do both ports support 4 k output? I have 2 x 32" samsung 4k monitors.

It'll push one, as mine does, but surely not two. 4K is the max video spec of the GT 1030 series & although fits in a x16 slot, is electrically a x4 card. Plus draws only 30W unless pushed really hard.

Also, if your 32" Samsung 4K monitor has HDR, won't look as good as say, as GTX 1060 or better. You may want to consider one of the low profile GTX 1660 Ti cards (4GB GDDR5) for your purpose, if running two monitors is your intent.

Question 10

I see the specs say that Multi-Monitor support is "2" but is that just because there are two ports?  Could I hook up 3 monitors to this card? (2 with a DisplayPort splitter and 1 on HDMI)

HI! Joe I do not know exactly what you are tying to do but I think as the specs say, would be one monitor per port for different feeds to two monitors. The splitter would just display the same info on two monitors and some thing else on the other. I have not tried this so I could be wrong but my work experience with simulators a splitter sent desk top info to a remote monitor and one on the sim and the other port was to the OTW display. Hope that some one else can give you more info, hope this helps.
