Is this card a 6 pin or 8 pin power plug?

6+2 actually, but yeah... 8-pin.  Super ridiculous awesome card, though.  I've tried everything and can't make the fans spin up even under "full" load.  The 1060s are really something special.

Im set on getting this card I just need to know one thing what is atx is it a form of SLI?

ATX is a form factor, a standard size/layout for motherboards. What this is implying is that this video card will work with ATX-sized motherboards and cases that accept them without having clearance issues.

Also SLI is disabled for all 1060-bsed video cards. Nvidia did that to prevent people from using two "cheap" cards in SLI to outperform one high-end card for less money.

Can and how would I run dual graphics cards with this card?

You can't run dual cards with this card, it does not have any SLI capability, if you wanted to run a multi card setup you would have to purchase something like a 1070 or 1080 or you could try something from last generation (900 series)

I currently have a Zotac Geforce GTX 1050 and my graphics for games such as Paragon and Battlefront 2 are blurry. Would this graphics card be a good upgrade and be able to help me with my blurry graphics issue?

Blurry graphics (ghosting) are usually a sign that your monitor does not have a fast enough refresh rate for gaming. 1ms is optimal, 5ms is tolerable, anything higher is bad. You also may have an overdrive setting set on your monitor causing pixel overshoot and inverse ghosting. A better graphics card will not fix motion blur, only give more detail to textures, lighting, and shadows or allow a bigger resolution.

Will this card work with the ASrock Taichi?

Yes, it will plug into one of the three PCI Xpress x16 slots. 
Just as a precaution, make sure you have enough room in your case to fit the card.

What cables does this come with? I have 2 monitors I want to use and only dvi hookups.

The card does not come with cables. The card only has one DVI port so you'll need to use an adapter, such as a DP to DVI adapter, to run two DVI monitors from this card. Display Port is replacing DVI so this card comes with 3 display ports.

Does this card support 4k gaming?

This card is mainly for 1080p at 60fps gaming. If you're looking for 4k gaming at 60fps, you should probably buy the gtx 1080.

Will this specific model work with the MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition? I ask because the PCIe type is not displayed.

That's a good question. I can only ASSUME so, GPU's aren't usually as picky as CPU's. I know my answer isn't much help, but I know I hate it when people don't answer me. :P

Do i need to uninstall radeon drivers before installing this? or after i install the card?

I would remove all old drivers and hardware first, then install the new card and drivers.  You should be able to work in VGA mode until you install the new card and drivers.
