Will this handle a 4K monitor w/o lag? I don't game but do Photoshop, I have the GeForce GTX 1060 now & its unusable.

Yes this can run Photoshop at 4K; however, upgrading from a 1060 to any 1070 will barely improve Photoshop performance (i.e. your lag is caused by a different problem). Source: Puget Photoshop CC 2018 NVIDIA GeForce GPU Performance

I am building a new gaming rig and looking to run 2 of these in SLI. Will this setup run three monitors split screen? In other words give me a wrap around gaming setup.

These cards should have no problem running at 5760x1080 with sli. Might not be able to max everything out on newer games but definitely capable.

What is the maximum resolution output by this card?  The detail description on the Specifications tab does not mention anything about the maximum resolution.
