It definitely should be able to. It's the same gpu just cooled and clocked a little differently. You could even make the clock speeds identical manually without much trouble, but I don't even think that's necessary. Should work out of the box.

Does this board support the Kraken G10 bracket for closed loop cooling?

One last bit of advice regarding the G10 bracket, and an AIO solution closed loop.  I use the NZXT Kraken X31 AIO liquid cooler.   The temps you will get may or may not be impressive.  But, there is something you can do to get AMAZING UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS.

Upgrade the Liquid cooler fans to 117CFM 120mm x 25mm fans.  They will be loud, but if you want performance, then how loud they are is irrelevant.

My Temps:

26 degrees C idle
34 degrees C under load
40-42 degrees C with the highest stable overclock I can achieve.

Can I run two way SLI with my current MSI GeForce GTX 980TI GAMING 6G GOLDEN EDITION?

Yes. What will happen is the golden will downclock itself to match the Armor 2X's clock speed. If you OC the Armor 2X to match the Golden's, this will not happen. You can read more on Nvidia's website about mix&match SLI combos. Only time issues arise is if you try to SLI a 970 with a 980ti, or any other combo like that.

Yes, but whichever one has the higher clock speeds will be downclocked to match the lower one.
