There are a total of six (6) SATA ports and one (1) M2 port on the Bazooka  B360M motherboard. Only one (1) SATA port is being used for the 2TB HDD. Space wise there are empty bays for two (2) additional HDDs and one (1) SSD inside the case.

NO Speakers included, but sound from audio ports & HDMI when you plug in your own headphones or speakers.

is the case side opening equip with tempered glass?

It is in the box with the pc. So you will have to manually install the tempered glass onto the side of the pc. Its really easy though.

Is this virtual reality ready? And to be honest  it's for my teenager. I have no clue

I have a house of Teenagers. Msi is (the best) This computer (IS) VR ready. It is simply the best name brand computer filled with name brand parts on the market for the price. You can	 build anything better for the price, Plain and simple buy it and you have my word you teenager will completely be blown away. Then again they might be disappointed when you see what all this desktop can do and decide to keep it for yourself. My kids play fortnight and are pull fps that is unheard of.

I just picked mine up this morning, yes it came with both mouse and keyboard. Mouse has red lighting and Keyboard has a rainbow rgb back-lit keys. they are actually decent quality.

It's using 1 x 8gb DDR4 2400MHz RAMs. Unfortunately we do not know which brand of RAM was used in the system. Usually the manufacturer does not provide Newegg that information since the brand of RAM can change depending on what they have available when the system is built. If you want to know the brand, I'd recommend getting in contact with MSI.
