How does the RGB plug in? I know some AIOs come with like a commander for the fans/RGB. Does this come with a commander? I'm looking for something that doesn't use a commander.

No hub, just fan header plugs(3, directly to motherboard). also be aware V1 of this product has been recalled if you order and get a V1 get a RMA immediately.

Can you control the ARGB with Aura SYNC, RGB Fusion, or PolyChrome RGB?

It can use MSI Mystic Light or Aura Sync.. note it's a pain to get Aura Sync to work, but it does work well once you follow all the directions (on youtube/forums)

can it be mounted in the top of the case instead of the front? several videos i've found show that the pump is in the radiator and not on the cooler head.
