No. Risen 5000 CPUs use the AM4 socket. This motherboard has an AM5 socket, so it is incompatible with AM4 socket CPUs.

If I were to place a  newest gen PCI 5.0 NVME SSD in the M.2_1 5.0 slot, will it cause the PCI_E1 Gen PCIe 5.0 slot to run at x8, rather than the full x16 for my current 4th gen/future 5th Gen GPUs?

I know this is a WIFI motherboard, but would it be possible to take out the pre-installed antennas in order to put a WIFI card? And if so, would the WIFI card go in the same spot or does it have a different slot that the motherboard already has?

The antenna are screwed into two posts already soldered into the IO port of the motherboard, but you can disable the integrated Wi-Fi, Blue-tooth, or both if you want. You can connect the provided antenna on these posts, or if you prefer a wall mounted antenna, you can purchase one separately and connect it to these posts. There is nothing stopping you from adding additional hardware in the other slots unless you get a new 3 fan 4080 GPU as I recently discovered takes up 3 slots plus space for the support bracket.
