It it liquid cooled? What psu..?

I got a Gold rated 750W 80 Plus SFX power supply. It's made by MSI themselves. It's air cooled.

Which RTX 3080 is included in this?

How is that interfacing to the motherboard at that physical structure/orientation? Do they make PCI adapters so you can turn your video card?

Yes. The GPU is on a separate board that is wired back into the main one. Yes they make cards that allow you to turn your GPU parallel to the Mobo. Obviously blocking other slots, but making the card more visible.

That doesn't even look like it can fit a gtx 3080?

The GPU is vertical in this case, parrellel to the Mobo on a separate board. You can see the orientation on the back panel picture. Fits rather snug inside, with direct air intake from the outside.
