Question 1

How much power does this graphics card require? I see you only need one 6 pin plugin.

The website pcpartspicker estimated about 140W and I think that's probably a good working number since that's what I used and I've only gotten up to 30% of its thermal threashold in either Skyrim or Pro-engineer.

If your going to overclock you might consider going higher. This website if just found said it used 250W or so under full load when overclocked. (on hitechlegion )

(I'm playing Skyrim with HD mods and ultra settings and haven't dropped noticeable fps, so i don't see a need for even overclocking it yet)

What are the PSU minimum requirements?

I'm using a Gold Seasonic 550W with i5-4670K and I'm running just fine. When I run skyrim with ultra settings and HD mods I'm only getting up to 30%TDP and usually a lot less than that. If you aren't doing SLI, 550W would be more than adequate.

How many monitors can I run with this?

Technically, you could run 3 with 2 on DVI and one on HDMI, but it might be a bit under-performing for 3 1080 screens.

I had this card for a while and ended up RMA'ing it to upgrade to a 760 which was only 40$ more at the time and a MUCH bigger upgrade.  And 760's are cheaper now so I would highly recommend moving up to a 760 over this card.

Question 4

How much power would i need to run this SLI?

I was looking at a Corsair RM850. I have one of these cards already and was thinking about getting another for SLI and wanted to know if 850W would suffice for 2 cards...?

I also have a Corsair H80i Liquid cooler that will be powered by this and a couple stock case fans... two HDD's one SSD.

that PSU will be suffice for the cards in SLI. keep in mind that your CPU and RAM and HDD need power too, so if you have a lot of RAM or drives, or even components in the PCI/PCIE slots, you might want to go higher.

Question 5

Whats the safe temperature of this card ,as mine one is getting to 80-85 degrees while playing dead rising 3 at full settings ?

The ceiling operating temp for most graphics cards is around 95C, though keeping it below 85C is preferable and will increase the card's life span the cooler it runs. Might want to blow out any dust you might have in the case or rethink your case ventilation setup to increase air flow.
