I have upgraded the operating system to windows 8.1 on ASUS motherboard. My question is should I buy this card or not???

It really depends upon the hard core gamer in you.  This card is adequate to play Diablo III and COD and the like.  It also depends on the CPU you are using too.  General moderate gaming buy the card.  If more intense gaming is wanted with all details turned to max then maybe consider a higher end card.

Will this work on Windows XP 32?

MSI only has the drivers for vista and later systems on their site, BUT if you go to  "nvidia web site"/drivers/results/83083 , you can download the XP 32bit drivers straight from nvidia. :) I found this to be a sweet card for the price,and it's even playing nice with the Windows10 preview. That's Nvidia's web site,under drivers,manual search,geforce,gt730,xp32bit.

whats the power rquirement? apprently my motherboard can only do like 35 or something like that im just playing wow but need a graphics card cause the computer did not come with one i dont need ultra just need to be able to play the new conent, my mother board is a hewlett packard 3646h motherboard i definatly bought the wrong computer just looking for help so i dont have to shell out a ton more

According to the specs this video card can draw this:  Power consumption: 49 Watts.  Also, this:
Recommended Power Supply: 300W.  Since you'll have to remove the case side to install a new video card, while you're in there look to see if your power supply is the smallest at 135 watts of that HP line of PCs.  If it is the 135 watt one then I would change it out for a 500 watt PSU.  The other PSUs that may be in your PC are a 240 watt and a 320 watt.  You would probably be OK if you add in this video card with the 320 watt PSU, but for the 240 watt I would still install another PSU of 500 watts.  As for this particular video card, I think it's a Great choice for you, BUT, I think your PC computer is a 2009 model (maybe even a 2008) which means the newer computers nowadays are at least 6 years more advanced as a 2009 model, and even though all prices have gone up since 2009 the hard-core cost effectiveness of computing has probably dropped, i.e., nowadays you'll get a lot more computer for the comparable buck. Will this GPU fit in the HP 8200 SFF Case?

There are a few different models of this PC and some contain mostly laptop components in them. If yours had laptop memory in it then this card will not work. On the other hand if you model is the one with full desktop RAM and dual PCI-Express slots, then this card should work just fine.

Can you get 30 fps on medium/high with this card?

For most AAA titles (like Battlefield 4 or Crysis 3), this graphics card will be able to play them at around 30 fps when run at 1080p with some stuttering. However, I recommend running them at 720p for no stuttering. As for free-to-play games (like League of Legends or Minecraft) you can turn all of the settings all the way up and be running at 60 fps at 1080p.

I have a tight case. How wide is the card?

I can't answer for the overall width because the PC's pretty hard to get to, but I do have something else you need to look out for:

That plastic case around the whole thing goes almost down to the PCIe socket when it's plugged in.  I have a couple of tall capacitors on the motherboard next to the socket, and that case is actually touching them.  So apart from the case, check for clearance on your motherboard.

That might be a tad much for that graphics card.  Though I'm not the one using it, I bought this for a friend for his birthday and he only uses it for gaming and says it works well with 2 monitors. Tack on a TV however and it might start to get over worked but I can't say for sure.

Windows 10 32/64 bit drivers are available from nvidia direct.After the basic Windows10 driver downloads and installs from Microsoft,make sure to visit nvidia to download GeForce Experiance and latest drivers. :)

Would you recommend this card for a mid-quality gaming computer?

When I installed it, i was able to play older games like Supreme Commander and Civ 4 with no problems. Not sure about newer games.

Has anyone used this card for 3D Movies or Games?                            I have a 3D monitor thats 3D vision ready buy not HDCP and a Nvidia 3D Vision 2 Kit. If the card is HDCP ready would I then be able to watch 3D movies with this card? I have the 8800GTX right now and all I can view in 3D is some Video Clips and Pic's but my Monitor or Video Card are not HDCP Complient. Thanks
