Will work with any PC as long as your video card has the correct ports. This monitor has hdmi and display ports. I love this monitor.  Picture and performance are superb

No, but is an amazing monitor. I use it with headset for gaming and is the best 1080p monitor I had in long time. Buy a couple small speakers or a sound system for it before you buy a monitor with speakers you will not regret.

No it isn't.  It is only 3.5 inches off the desk when it isn't tilted up too.

Well it is a 165 hz so it will run better than 144 but I’m sure it will run exactly 144hz but most of the time it depends on the games you run. Some games have a frame lock cause of coding.

Resolution maxes at 1920 x 1080 165hz while using HDMI.

I highly recommend this monitor but if you would happen to have the system, I would suggest the 2k resolution variant of the exact same monitor.

Hardware accelerated vsync will not work, correct. However this screen will display when connected to an Nvidia card and can still run at an increase refresh rate.
