No, it does not. It has a 3.5mm jack to plug in headphones directly to the monitor, or route to external speakers, but it does not have speakers built-in.

Kind of. The headset stand is terrible in my opinion it literally is a stick that comes from the side of the monitor and that’s not the worst part, whenever you put your headset the monitor tilts to the left. Which makes the monitor tilted and unpleasant to see. Besides that the monitor is fast and somewhat responsive so if you can get this for a deal it’s good but I’d recommend spending 20-50 more bucks on a more reliable monitor.

Does this monitor come with a display port cable? And the specs say it comes with 2 HDMI 2.0 ports but is that true?

yes it comes with a DisplayPort cable. It comes with cables for all the inputs that the monitor supports. It also does in fact come with 2 HDMI 2.0 ports, so you can switch between your pc and console or whatever if you wanted to.

Nvidia recently allowed a lot of adaptive sync monitors to be g sync and I was wondering if this was one of them and if i had put a 2070 in here and played would it not flicker?

To my understanding nvidia has stated that 10-series and higher graphics cards (so including your 2070) will be able to use vsync on select monitors. I managed to get vsync to work with this monitor with my  laptop 1060, so I would bet that your 2070 would work.

Is it G-sync compatible??

This model is G-sync compatible. I have had no issues myself, nor have I read of anyone else having any issues at all. I will say that so far I really like the monitors and would definitely purchase them again. However, I'd wait until they go on sale. I got mine thru Newegg for about $40 less than the current asking price of $203.

Does anybody know the width of the stand?

It's just under 18" wide. I highly recommend getting a wall mount if possible.

Im trying to figure out how to take off the back part to VESA mount it but im afraid of breaking the piece, not sure exactly what to do?

The plastic  will need to come off and you may need to modify your mounting hardware as plate must fit between where the plastic was. I had to grind roughly 1/8" to use my wall mounting vesa mount.

Does it come with a Discplay to DVI port and if yes, How long is it?

It does not come with a DisplayPort to DVI cable; the box contains a standard HDMI Cable and a standard DisplayPort Cable, each about 4' in length.
