I have a 1000 watt PSU, will I need to upgrade it if I am going to be running a 13700k I7 cpu?

If you choose a good quality PSU from a known brand such as EVGA, Seasonic, Corsair, Thermaltake, etc then you should be fine. I am running an MSI RTX 4090 and an AMD 7950X on a 1000 watt Corsair PSU with no problem.

I have this card and a 12700K, I am running a 1000 watt as well. Runs good. I don't think you'll need more than that.

Yes there is some RGB on the logo, and on the right side of the video card when installed in the motherboard.
