Yes.  It has an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 module that supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual band (2.4GHz, 5GHz) up to 867 Mbps speed.  For completeness, it also has bluetooth.

Hi guys, I ordered this card and didn't realize it was a mini ITX. What are the drawbacks of this? And Can it fit the GTX 1070 I also bought?

No drawbacks from a performance perspective.  You have less PCI/RAM/M2 slots to work with than you would with a standard ATX board, but it's not a problem unless you need those extra slots.  Yes, the single PCI-E slot will work fine for the GTX 1070 (and any other modern graphics card).

Question 3

Does this motherboard come with a SSD slot? I am just looking to downsize my computer for college and all of my boot functions are on my SSD.

If you mean an m.2 slot then yeah, it's at the back of the Mobo. It can get pretty toasty so find a case with good airflow or room for it to breathe. I got this Mobo on a Fractal Design Node 202 and if it weren't for my GPU's fans I wouldn't run it at all. The slot supports nvme tho, and my nvme drive may be one of those in the toasty side tho. Do you have to remove the wifi card to install an m.2 ssd?

the wifi card is mounted vertically between the ethernet port and sound ports on the front side of the motherboard. The m.2 slot for a drive is on the backside of the motherboard. So no you do not have to remove the wifi card to install an m.2 ssd.

Do you have to wire the Wi-Fi antennas yourself? Also, how much compatibility does the Mystic Light RGB have? Is it better than the ASUS Aura Sync RGB solution that's on the ASUS ROG STRIX Z270I? Thank you in advance.

No! You do not have to wire anything! You screw them in by rotating them in place. Much like you would on a TV with the Antenna cable. The Mystic Light RGB does not kick in until the app launches when the OS is loaded. I believe in the ASUS motherboard the RGB is built into the BIOS ad allows to keep the RGB color setup at start rather than once you logged into your account. I mean I got this motherboard for about 40$ cheaper than the  Asus and the clearance on this board for coolers is much better than the Asus where the heatsinks were too tall. Other than that the Asus motherboard is just slightly better.

One of the reviews said there's no usb 3.0 header, but the specs say "1 x USB 3.1 Gen1 connector (supports additional 2 USB 3.1 Gen1 ports)" Can someone confirm that the specs are correct and there is a USB 3.1 gen 1 header to connect to a USB 3.0 front panel?

This board has a 3.0 header. It has a 3.1 port on the I/O, but the internal motherboard header is 3.0. It's on the bottom right of the board next to the right DIM slot.
