will this work with i5-9600k?

Warning!  According to Kaleb S's post above:  "...but something to note that happened to my friend.  If you have a 9th gen processor you won't be able to post to bios.  It is compatible but a bios update is needed so my friend had to borrow my 8700k to boot up bios and update it it was a pain."

the two heatsinks near the cpu socket will they work automatic for the cpu when more cooling is needed?

I think you're referring to the passive coolers to the top and left of the cpu socket? Yes, they cool the motherboard passively. You still need a cooler for your CPU.

Do I need a wireless network adapter with this?

Yes if you are connecting to your network wireless.  It does have an on board Ethernet plug though.

What is a recommended power supply for this running on the Intel Core i7-8700?

It depends on the other hardware components (video card, hard drive(s), PCI add-ons, etc) that you are adding to it. If you are just using the motherboard with the i7-8700's integrated graphic and no more than three internal hard drives then I will recommend at least a 300W power supply unit.

Im kind of new and someone told me that this board cannot OC unlocked chips, is this true? How can i tell?

The manual should give you the answer. 
From what I can tell, the bios does have all options for overclocking(cpu voltage, ratio, etc). I got this board and it has the same options the manual shows.
More expensive boards seem to have better/more power regulators for smoother overclocking.

Hi there!

That is a pretty great motherboard and has all the features. However, the ability to overclock comes from the CPU itself, and that would depend on which CPU you buy. If you buy a CPU that has a "K" at the end, you can overclock it. Such as the i7-8700k.

Can you do dual monitors using any combination of two of the on-board video outputs?   Will just use for web and email etc.
