So the question is, would this work with the new gddr6 graphics card? Or if wanted it to be more money and upgrades

Yes, though you'll want to double check the specific brand an model to be sure that specific one is compatible.

What graphics card would fit on this? I have a EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB GAMING Video Card and it can't fit properly.

Your 1060 should fit no problem your doing something wrong.

Any atx mid tower recommendations for this that are spacious? I got a DIY Solo T1R and that couldn't fit.

I have a Corsair Crystal Series 460x RGB and everything I have inside fits pretty well. I got a liquid cooler and a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 inside and still have room to spare. It's a bit expensive but it has a very high quality feel and is very roomy.

How do you turn on the bluetooth? Computer doesn't seem to detect it and no drivers coming up for it.

You don't. I got tricked by this as well, only the AC version actually comes with bluetooth built in.

Can this run the intel 200 series (7th gen) processor's too, or is it only for 8th gen?

like what Brain said X270 and Z270 boards support 7th gen sometimes 6th CPUs but z370 and X370 support 8th gen only

I'm having a lot of issues trying to get mystic light working ive tried msi dragon center and gaming app how do I change my light settings? also was this board supposed to come with the wifi adapter because my board did not?  (fresh build)

I haven't tried using mystic light yet, so can't answer that.  But as far as wifi, MSI has different boards for that.  There's Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon, and there's Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon A/C.   Only The A/C version comes with wifi.

The description lists 4000+(OC) as the top speed for memory.  Does this mean that 4000 is the top speed or can it use higher speed memory, such as 4266?

I would assume so but check msi to see if latest bios updates support  the memory you are using
