Question 1

This might be a stupid question but if I use this board on a build would I be able to connect my desktop to a tv?

I'm not happy with this motherboard. The bios has a conflict with the linux kernel in usb2 (Legacy). It would give me hub 6 over current condition ports 5 and 6. I've since started using freebsd and no longer have the problem. Customer service will only help with windows issues, which I have limited use for. So I do not know if they do a good job serving the customers or not.

Question 2

At the risk of sounding stupid, I was wondering where the GFX card goes? Are the 3 PCI express ports the slots for the card(s)? Am I just missing something?
I am asking because I want to know if I can configure multiple GFX cards to this particular motherboard.

Slots 2,5, and 7 can be used for Graphics Cards. But, Slot 2 is the only x16; slot 5 is an x8, and slot 7 an x4 (an only usable with Ivy Bridge processors). So if you are running SLI you can use slots 2 and 5 in an x8/x8 configuration. If you use Crossfire you could potentially use all three, though in x8/x4/x4

I  have a 2600K will it work on this board? And how well will it work?

Any processor with an 1155 socket will work in this board, so check that socket type. I think that the 2600k will fit because if i remember correctly it is a sandy bridge i7 with an 1155 socket, though im not too familiar with it so double check to be sure. I run an i5 3570k in this board, and it works great. Lots of features, looks great, and lots of options for overclocking. If you purchased this board im sure you would be happy, though if you dont plan on overclocking it might be a little overkill. Hope this helps!

Are the "Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model 996770"

Compatible?  The specifications says that they are for the 4Gb.... does this mean for the 2 x 4GB as well?  I've been blue screening quite often.

Yes that ram should be fine. I'm using Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1333 (PC3 10600). I bought one stick and later another. Just need to make sure both sticks are completely identical. That being said, you can also buy them as a pair as long as they're of the compatible specs of the motherboard. Your ram is indeed compatible so there must be an issue elsewhere. Might need to check out the settings in bios and tweak them a bit. Just keep a note of anything that you change in case that doesn't work so that you can revert back to the original settings.

GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD GeForce GTX 660 2GB 
and a Intel Core I5 Ivey Bridge 3.4 GHZ?

I'm using 750watts for similar specs and it runs fine, but I would play it safe when it comes to psu if I could afford to shell out a bit more. The 900+ watts are a waste of money TBH. Just get good quality psu with decent wattage (at least above 650watts). Wait for a deal if you can spare the time as well. Could save you $20 or so.
