Question 1

Hi. I was wondering if this is compatible with a GDDR5 GIGABYTE PCI 3.0 video card. I am new to building computers and I'm wondering if it could work? Please answer quick! -thanks :)

Yes, two of them at once (SLI) for Nvidia and three at once (CrossFire) for AMD Radeon. The level of RAM doesn't really matter as much as whether it's PCIe 3.0 or PCIe 2.0. This board is PCIe 3.0 ready.  Which Gigabyte card are you thinking of?

Is this SLI/Crossfire compatible?

I know it is crossfire compatible.  I'm currently runing amd 7950 in crossfire.  I would say it should be sli compatible as well.  It can technically hold 3 cards since it is triple 3.0 pcie.  However, the third / lowest slot is pretty unusable.  I would say dual slots cards in crossfire or sli is the best bet.  That or a dual slot and 2x single slot cards.  You might be able to do a triple slot and a dual in the 1st and 3rd 3.0 pcie slots.

The 1st slot has 2 slots between it and the 2nd pcie but there are only 1 slot between the 2nd and 3rd 3.0 pcie slot. Basically with newer cards being dual slots most of the time it gives a buffer of 1 slot for air between the 1st and 2nd and no extra space between the 2nd and 3rd.  Then the 3rd 3.0 pcie slot is at the bottom and it runs into a bottom mount psu unless you have an extra large full tower.  I have an antec 1200.

The most costly is ofcourse modifying the heatsinks for the video cards and doing with watercooling blocks which can effectively reduce the size needed between the cards.

Question 3

Will a 300W power supply be enough for this?

Yes it will work, but for me I just went to Newegg's power supply page, and under the links on the left, there is a link that says "Power Supply Wattage Calculator". There, you can just put in your specs of your computer, and it tells you the wattage that you will need. A couple notes though. I usually add some watts just in case I upgrade my PC in the future but still want to keep my power supply. Just play around with the Wattage calculator a bit, and you will find out what you need.

is this motherboard compatible with NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower USB 3.0 Gaming Case?

While I cannot say for certain, the side-facing USB 3.0 connection makes me very skeptical, considering the entire front is taken up by drive bays.  Based on the images of the case, there *might* be enough room to work with, but it would be a tight squeeze.
