Is this motherboard compatibly whit a Eva GeForce GTX 770 4Gb graphic card?

Yes, this motherboard is compatible with that GPU. Motherboards and GPU are mostly interchangeable without issue (the exceptions being running multiple cards).

The only requisite factors are the PCIe slots and size of the motherboard and accompanying GPU. So long as the dimensions of the card are not prohibitive to your motherboard fitting into your case and you have the correct PCIe slot available (for your GPU, a PCIe 3.0 16x is needed), it will work just fine.

Question 2

Does this Motherboard support I7 4790k and will be able to overclock?

4790K is supported only by Bios 1.8 and up.  I bought two of these boards from Newegg in December 2014 with the anticipation of using a 4790K and both were built in March 2014 (cross reference from serial number).  So therefore I have an older bios and I'll need to first buy a compatible Intel CPU to boot up and update the BIOS, then replace it with the 4790K.   Mobos made after June 2014 will be ok.  I hate getting "old stock" and for this reason both boards are still sitting here until I order a Celeron Haswell CPU.   Not very happy with this purchase being so "outdated" with no warning.

As far as your overclocking question, yes it will...how much will depend on other factors, but this is an OC board.

Do I have to update BIOS for 4790K? or come with updated BIOS?

The 4790k is a z97 chipset and will not allow u to overclock the processer with this motherboard I had a 4790 and was very displeased that I could not overclock it. U need a z87 chipset for this motherboard or a different motherboard with the z97 chipset. I wasted a lot of money because of that

Does this mobo support 3TB+ storage drives?

The support is based on the connection type, i.e. SATA. The size support depends on the operating system I believe. For reference I have an external 3TB drive that I connect via USB 3.0 and that works fine, except that windows has issues with storage devices that are over 2TB. I hope this helps.

I got the regular MPower Max and the chipset is like half broken but they won't let me return it. Has anybody had any problems with this one?

Not so far, maybe that was a shipping damage. Before this I had the MPower and it was working great until I had to clean the processor's thermal paste an one of the pin was damaged.  I would recommend you to buy it. It is a great motherboard but make sure you have enough ventilation in your case.

I bought the MSI Z87 MPower and installed windows 8.1 pro WMC. i FOR THE LIFE OF ME CANNOT SEEM TO GET THE LAN PORT TO WORK THROUGH WINDOWS 8.1 IT WILL NOT FIND THE DRIVER. THE MSI WEBSITE DOES NOT HAVE AN UPDATED DRIVER AND THE DISC THAT CAME WITH THE BOARD ONLY SUPPORTS WINDOWS 8 DRIVER. WHAT DO I DO?

Did you get it to work?  If not, perhaps you installed the wi-fi module?  I have the older version of this board and had the same problem.  When I built the computer I included the wi-fi module.  My LAN port did not work.  I had to disassemble the computer and remove the wi-fi module, at which time Windows recognized the LAN port and it worked fine.
