Does the ssd come with the cable to connect?

No, the add does by come with a data cable, your mother board should have come with a couple (usually 4). But they are pretty cheap if you need to buy more ( usually less than 10 dollars if it costs more buy a different cable) also you can get different length cables which depending on your case could be a good thing. Hope this helped! (Psu should have power cables as well)

I'm curious to know if this SSD include software for migrate/clone OS from a hard drive?

Nope....but I bought Apricorn USB 3.0 to data cable and it cane with software to migrate everything to the new SSD. The software is also downloadable from Capricorn site free of charge.

Is the NAND synchronous or asynchronous?

Probably not - it could be, but Mushkin hasn't specified anywhere. I assume yes, since this is just the newer version of the original Chronos.
