Does this come with the cables?

This is the SSD only! No cables at all. If I remember it came with 4 screws and a little (useless) screwdriver. But don't hold me to that.

Does this have transfer software like Acronis from my old drive to my new 1?

No.  It does not come with any software.  I did not check, but the manufacturer frequently offers software like that on its web site, so you might want to look there.

Is this drive compatible with at 2012 Mac Book Pro?

It depends on which 2012 MacBook pro you have.  I'm fairly certain any retina MacBook pro, usually late 2012, will not work as those use a proprietary m.2 drive.

Question 4

What is the difference between the ECO2 and Reactor? The specs indicate that they are exactly the same, but I have a feeling the listed specs are incorrect.

As far as I know they are the same thing, except the Eco is a Newegg exclusive, so it's rebranded with a different name. Also it doesn't come with any cables or anything.
