The only real difference you are likely to notice is the read/write speed.  I have several of the Ventura Plus and Impact models because of the size.  They are easy to carry in my pocket when I travel and can take a lot of abuse.  I use them extensively and have only had one Ventura Plus go bad on me and it is still usable but flaky (sometimes will not be recognized).  I would recommend any of these products as being worth the money.
