Does this come with a  charging station?

Mine did. That's it in the background of the picture, the unit backs-up into it and recharges. The Batt. also came with it and had to be installed, along with the filter for the dust bin. It's all in the instruction manual and also on there web site.  PS mines still running fine, I us it about twice a week. But don't through out your hand held vacuum, which I use about once a month now, to get the corners and close to the door saddles and other places it doesn't get to very well. The pet and allergy brush hits the rug fairly hard so watch your rug, it may beat up a string or two, mine did. although it hasn't in some time. I also purchased a standard brush on eBay, which is much gentler.

Hi we brought the refurb xv21 missing the charging cable ,brush and a quick start guide whom to contact ?

I too did not have the quick start guide.  That can be downloaded from their site.  Did you open the charging unit and look for the cable?  When I had an issue with the one I bought (it did not charge) I contacted Neato directly.  They were very good and sent me a new machine right away.

Question 3

If it is could be charged in 220V? I want to use it in EU.

This version didn't come with any plugs that support EU or 220. You would need a 3rd party adapter / converter in order for this to work on 220v.

Question 4

Reviews other places report many " wheel stuck error " as a result of a design flaw. Hopefully refurbished ones have an updated part to correct that problem. How's ' yours ' holding up?

The only time I have had this problem is when it got stuck on a rug in my bathroom, otherwise I have had no problems with wheel issues. I have had an issue with the dust bin not setting, it seems to be very sensitive and randomly it will stop asking you to put the dust bin back in. I have found that by keeping the area in and around the dust bin helps. I have been very happy with mine so far, it keep the floors very clean and the house looks fresh vacuumed all the time. Friends that come over notice how clean the house is...at least the floors...they compliment me for keeping it clean. Hope this helps and it does motivate me to clean more in other areas.

Is it possible to find out if the batteries are new in the refurbished 
vacuum

Can I purchase an extended warranty and if so how much does it cost?

I don't think you need to buy extended batteries and I don't think they make them. This vacuum will scan the room and cleans it. It also knows where the doorways to other rooms are and when it's done with the first room it will do the next room. The first time I used it I did the my whole house and it never needed to charge itself. I just use it in my bedroom and bathroom for now. I run it once a week it does a good job. I have dogs so I have to clean the brush that gets hair wrapped on it and you will have to empty the dirt bin some times it will stop and tell you that to do. Mine has never needed to recharge in the middle of a job but it is suppose to return to charger if it needs to, then go back to were it was and finish the job it was doing. You can easily program it to do a time and day or days of one week. But since I just push the button twice and it goes to work. I just empty the bin first. I bought a refurbished one and I would say the batteries were new and you will have to open the door and plug them in witch takes a screwdriver.

Do these come with a new battery?

I do not know if it was a new battery or not.  I would assume it is based on the fact it says that it was refurbished and tested. I can tell you, like similar posts that I have read about this product before buying, that you will find that it will take approximately 3 run charge sequences for the battery to get to its maximum run time between charges.  Just be sure to follow the directions as the batteries are not hooked up when the product arrives.  You will need to open and attach the contacts before charging or the screen will give you an error notice.  They do not ship connected to conserve the battery charge.   I am very happy with my refurbished Neato and would recommend the purchase to anyone.

Question 8

Does this refurb unit come with the two beater bars as does a new xv-21? I know that the pic of 'what's in the box' does not show it but thought that I'd ask. If it does not, which bar is in the box?

Yes it does. You might get a different model but it has the hardware (brush and filter designed to remove more hair, dust and dander) like the XV-21 model.
