Superior Screen Performance – Complete Color and Brightness UniformityIPS active matrix LCD provides superior screen performance, including wide viewing angles, lifelike flesh tones and dark black levels. In addition, Auto Luminance control with X-Light Pro backlight/sensor design allows for consistent brightness and color, while ColorComp technology compensates for slight variations in luminance and color uniformity, providing even color across the screen.
12-bit LUTsInternal 12-bit programmable lookup tables (LUTs) allow the display of 16.7 million colors out of a palette of 68.5 billion for lossless color and smooth images and hardware calibration.
AmbiBright & ECO ModeAmbiBright ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the backlight depending on the brightness of ambient lighting conditions. It also tells the monitor to enter power saving mode whenever the ambient lighting falls below a predetermined value (like when lights are shut off at the end of the day), which can significantly reduce energy consumption. Furthermore, ECO Mode function helps save power, reduce heat and extend the life of the display by allowing you to dim the backlight.
