This 18awg dc power pigtail provide a very good reliable dc power connection.
Patch cable for surveillance cameras to connect to a power supply.
You may connect extra battery pack with this cable or for ccd camera installation. Most dome- or bullet-style surveillance cameras come with a short power cable but need a patch cable to connect to a power supply. Connect your camera to the power supply easily with the male dc power pigtail, which has 9.7 inch of red and black color-coded wires along with a standard center-positive plug to connect easily to your camera.

Sure, that pigtail connector can handle 1-36V and no more than 5A, I think it will have no problem.
Will it work with a 120A 85W AC power supply?
For safety, I would go with the high voltage corresponding wire connector.
Can it be connected to a 24V AC power supply?
The wire is rated for 12V DC. Wide voltage is limited to 1-36V/DC,Don't use it for 24V AC.
Can it be connected to my 12V power box to power my security cameras?
Of course, it is a good choice and can contribute a lot to your project because it is easy to operate.
