I also, have the Comcast 3 way, but would like one similar this this one with USB 3.0, suggestion, Please?

It's unfortunate that I have Comcast too it's the only service available in my area that's worthy of my services, I too have three way (phone, cable, internet) it was cheaper for me to go three way  than any other way. Cable Modem worth the price? yes! would I purchase this again? yes! have I use the usb behind the modem? no! I've own the modem for 6 months only had to reboot the thing once due to Comcast.

Does this modem use the Puma6 chipset? Comcast xb6 does and have found a lot of articles saying that is the reason for the instability issues I am having.

It is not the Puma 6 chipset, it is Broadcom based.  I too have Comcast, this modem really delivers when it comes to performance.

Is this compatible with Spectrum?

Could not tell you, I am on Xfinity (Comcast) with no issues. You need to check with Spectrum to determine the cable modem routers the support.
