Mine did, it was faster then the normal modem setup you get from them but the throttling was so bad I sold mine and went back to renting spectrum stuff. Spectrum is a garbage company

Will this work with Verizon fios?

Verizon Fios is Fiber Optic internet, which uses fiber optic-based connectors on their modems to connect to the Internet; this is a cable modem, which uses a coaxial cable-based connector to connect to the internet. So, no, this will not work with Verizon Fios.

Can this be wall mounted? I don't see any obvious way in the pictures.

No way to mount this thing on the wall in a good way.  The thing is quite warm so I would not want it right against the wall.

I see that you have to call into two and give and address, I own pic as well as macs, will it not work on both platforms?

I am not really quite sure what you are trying to ask. If you are asking whether it works with both PCs (Windows) and Macs (OS X), then yes, it works with both. Whether this modem works for you really depends on whether or not you have cable broadband internet, or whether you are planning on having cable installed in your house/apartment. If you have DSL or Fiber, or planning on using those in the future, then you should steer clear of this cable modem, as it only works with cable.

I currently have a 200 mbs modem w/wi fi from Spectrum.  Will this modem operate at the higher speeds and does it offer wi fi, also?

Our service area is limited to 100mb download and 15md upload.  I can tell you that I consistently get about 10% better than that with  this modem.  While I cannot affirm that the router can do 200mb for certain, it is built with a gigabit port, so I expect that 200 should be achieveable.  This modem doesn't include a built in router, so you will need to buy that separately.  I prefer separate router and modem in order to make troubleshooting simpler.  Depending on your network needs higher performance options are available with dedicated routers, there are benefits to both integrated or separate router and modems.  If you want to take full advantage of the 200mb speed you will have to get a router with a gigabit WAN port, I use the Netgear R7000.

I have time warner cable internet, phone, TV bundle, will this work for that? it says not compatible with voice bundle, does it mean won't work for phone? thanks

Most likely not. There is no output for a phone line, only ethernet. I would check with time Warner to see if phone runs on ethernet. As far as I know, Time Warner doesn't offer Internet speeds where this modem would be needed.
