Does this modem have Pair-Bonding?

No. The DM200 modem does not support bonded VDSL. If there are installation issues for CenturyLink or other bonded VDSL service providers, support experts need to ask the customer if they are using bonded VDSL line. If customer is unsure please ask them to contact their ISP and confirm if they are using Bonded VDSL line. Confirming with ISP is the only way to be certain if bonded VDSL is used. There is no physical way to distinguish whether bonded VDSL is used or not.

Does this work with Wind stream DSL?

There is a manual configuration section with this DSL modem. If you have the DSL network configuration information it should work (get config info from your provider). You would want to check with your provider and see if you also need to register your device MAC with them.
