This is an Ethernet switch that allows up to four devices to be connected to a single Ethernet "drop" (like a wall socket). It has no wireless capability.

Not sure exactly what is meant by divert internet to one device.  I would assume you are referring to VLANS like on a network, which requires a REAL "managed switch" not this consumer grade netgear.  This is a standard switch so there are no routing and VLAN capabilities with it, internet traffic will flow between all devices connected to this switch.
