They have 3 SSIDs that are I assume isolated from each other. Can I have 2 used as guest networks?

The WiFi is segmented into wireless 1 wireless 2 and guest. You can use one of the two wireless networks as a guest network, you don’t have the option to take them to a a login screen which displays terms and conditions. In most cases wireless 1 is used for trusted devices such as laptops, phones, etc and wireless 2 is used for untrusted devices such as smart TV’s, roku’s, wireless cameras etc.

Do these support POE?

None of the ports say anything other than “Ethernet”. The manuals also make no mention.
