Can you utilize the ethernet port on the satellites for wireless bridging back to the router?

Yes you can. Each satellite has two ethernet ports on the back which you can run wired back to the main router. It will show up in the network as a wired device.

Do the satilites have integrated wall mounting brackets? VESA compatible?

There are not wall mounts. It is not VESA compatible. There are no options to mount these devices. Hope you like two sided tape / velcro / zip ties to put this on anything but a shelf.
